Deposit Policy

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure all appointments. This fee is redeemable on your service. This deposit can be made over the phone or via the ‘Deposit’ menu item on our website.

 

Cancellation Policy

24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. If you do not provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment, or fail to show for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. All appointment confirmations are sent via text message to the phone number you provide on booking. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if confirmation has not been received within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time; and in this instance, your deposit will be forfeited.
