Become a member of Hair by Phd Opulence and come into the salon as often as you like. That’s right, the salon for you to enjoy having your hair done as often as you would like. Unlimited head massages, blow-dries and styles. Your haircut’s and colours all paid for through your membership. All this for the same price as having a Conditioning Treatment and blow-dry a week.
